Area Control Center (ACC) shall provide:
a. Area Control Service;
b. Flight Information Service;and
c. Alerting Service.

Responsibility
ACC shall responsible for the provision standard separatiom between :
a. controlled IFR flights;
b. Controlled VFR flights including special VFR flights; and
c. Controlled IFR flights and controlled VFR flights.

from the time, place or level at which:
a. arriving aircrafts are tramsferred by adjacent ACC/FIC until aircrafts are released to APP;
b. overflying aircrafts are transferred by adjacent ACC/FIC until aircrafts are handed over to the subsequent/next ACC/FIC;
c. departing aircrafts are released by APP until aircrafts are handed over to the subsequent/next ACC/FIC.
