Pilot or ATC Action on Change of Runway
It is possible that during the control of traffic, wind condition changed abruptly from the opposite direction. When it happens, TWR controller shall revise runway in use and issued revised instruction to all aircraft (departure as well as arrival). For aircraft which is on take-off position (about to take-off) or on final approach shall be advised. the pilot responsible to determine whether will use runway previously nominated or change another runway.
