Application
Air Traffic Control Service(ACTS) will be provided to all flight within controlled airspace (control zone/control area/terminal control area) and to all aircraft at controlled aerodrome.

Responsibility
The responsibility for control of individual flight at any given time shall be vested in a single Air Traffic Control Unit. when circumstances require, control of one or more than one aircraft may be delegated to other ATC unit provided coordination between the relevant units has been effected.

Air Traffic Control Clearance
ATC clearance shall contain the following items :
a. Prefix;
b. Aircraft identification;
c. Clearance limit;
d.Route of flight;
e. Level;and
f. any necessary instruction or information.

note: Prefix (ATC CLEARS) will only be used if the clearance is issued through a communication agency.
